I have over 10 years experience working in both the UK and India and often incorporate the use of herbs, nutrition or homeopathy into a course of treatment to get the best results.

I’m passionate about natural health and the benefits of a holistic approach to treatment.  This has led me to develop my own unique methods incorporating reflexology, massage and relaxation techniques.

I have used reflexology through both of my own pregnancies with great success and believe that birth should be an empowering, natural and positive experience for women.  I get immense satisfaction from working with women to make their home birth the best experience of their lives and have now also trained as a Doula.
